Since I was talking about cleansing below it reminded me that I actually finished my cleanse a week ago but forgot to update everyone. I know you all have been on pins and needles so wait no more!!! I hate to make people suffer.
I found it much harder to do since I did it in 07. Maybe because I had gained certain bad habits that I had to break. But, overall I did well. Stuck to my food diet like a charm, did NO physical exercise and cheated with a brewsky just a few times. I definitely feel much better however I had no real energy boost like I was expecting (maybe it was due to that no exercise thing). And, if you remember, I didn't do this to lose weight because I really felt I didn't need to. But, I started the journey weighing 178 lbs on February 16th and ended weighing 166 on March 19th. I went from a 34 waist to being able to buy 32's.
If any of you would like to try it I would be happy to let you know my secrets to success although I already know it doesn't work for everyone the same way.
Maybe I can get lucky like Jared did with Subway. I can see it now "The BOG did it and so can you....the cleanse from within".

Your villi and micro villi are dancing in the street known as poop shoot alley. Your newly rested Gi track is speeding packages down the assembly line like a UPS warehouse on Christmas eve night. Don't let that new slip-n-slide get the better of you. You got to keep the traffic moving along but watch out for the occasional rogue torpedo.
Now enjoy the gunking up the pipes all over again!
