China Candids

Our Chinese correspondant took us to the Great Wall and he loves to "shoot from the hip" as Deano calls it. So, I thought I would pass these along.

Play the same game as Clemens? Let's see...arrogant prick (-), adultry (-), threw a broken bat and 95 mile an hour fastball at Mike Piazza's head (-), gay fantasies for Andy Petite (-), used drugs to improve my job performance (-), sex with a minor (-), lied under oath (-), etc....etc....etc...

All I got to say is if Bonds and Celemens make the Hall of Fame....Pete Rose should be a shoe in on the next ballot. The only difference between them is that Pete Rose finally told the truth...and that should count for something.

I think I have made my opinions about Clemens clear and, yes, they are opinions. I understand the steroids issue is public opinion because nothing has been proven with "concrete evidence". but, lets face it, the tally keeps adding up. To play off of the famous line that Dennis Green once said "he is what we thought he was."

And, to be compared with him is a true insult. Repent now.

We play this game in bars sometimes where we see how many girls will pose with my friend "The Chad". Maybe in that last pic you are a victim of such a game! Maybe is was "see how many Americans will pose with us"! Or maybe she thought you were famous!
