A Slow Plane To China

So, I made it to China from the US-Of-A. First stop -- Mobile.....Second Stop -- Memphis....Third Stop (Detriot)....Forth Stop (Toky0)....Fifth Stop (Beijing)!!! Five airports and 31 hours later I am in China. I got in about midnight local time and slept pretty well. Our Chinese correpondant Peng Jie picked me up at the airport. Slept fairly well and got in about 6 hours of sleep. Being 13 hours ahead that was a blessing. It is now 9:45 p.m. and we made it to the Forbidden City today. The place is huge....I thought I could go there for about an hour or two and move on to the next "sight-seeing place". WRONG! You could literally spend two days there. An Amazing place. I have always been fascinated with Chinese culture and this place didnt dissapoint. Artifacts dated back to 1300 -- remember your history from the day? The Ming Dynasty? Me either but it brought back some memories.
So we spent a few hours there and then hit dinner (see below). Tomorrow I will work and set up our booth for the expo. If things go well I will make it to The Great Wall on Monday before work on Tuesday. My battery on the compuetr is ruuning low and wireless is all that works so got to run. See ya.
