Holy crap...this looks like a still frame from a COPS episode. Ten seconds after this picture was taken did a band the local po-po bust in with guns drawn...
i think i saw this photo on a police display...you know the ones they take around to schools during drug awareness week. It said "Kids dont do Meth or this could be you"
