Back From Germany With A Stop in Goose Bay, Newfoundland

Well, I'm back at it after a long week in Augsburg/Munich, Germany. It was finally nice to see the sun again after 7 days of snow and freezing rain. The travel was uneventful until hour 7 on the return flight. Some older guy has a mild heart attack and we have to fly back one hour to get him medical treatment. It just so happens we stop in Goose Bay, Newfoundland. The Goose Bay area has a population of 7,572. The airport was a log cabin. There were deer and ducks eating around the runway. The only other plane there was a Labrador Airways Limited Seaplane. Is this the best place we could have landed for this guy to get medical attention? Cue the Banjo's.

Was supposed to get home at 4:30 but finally made it in around 9:00. So, to make this post short. I'm back and will hopefully get some posts up this week!
