--The Monday after a long weekend is never-a-good. The Monday after a full week off is atrocious.

--If scientists find a cure for cancer or HIV/AIDS do you think there be another disease that just takes its place? Kind of like measels or polio of the early 1900's.

--The debate over who won the Big 12 South is already old. Texas won the head-to-head between the two highest (OK/Tex)in the division and BCS standings -- period -- dot -- the end. Although the polls do not reflect my logic.

--Is it just me or does Greg Oden (NBA player) look like he is 50? He's 20!
--I walk around singing this all day. Genious jingle.

--I make a mean batch of Pizza Rolls.
--Until this weekend I didn't realize how well grills make outdoor fireplaces. It also makes for good smoke screens.

--I have a pair of "nice" jeans that have become labeled "fancy pants" by some.
--Given enough time, I think everyone will disappoint you.
--Since I have lost my cell phone I keep having this reocurring dream that I lose it everywhere I go now. Last night I lost it at The Delhi Palace after I enjoyed the best Curry Chicken and Lentils I have had in years. It just ruined the dinner.
--Why do people even watch the day-after-thanksgiving news reports? Its never a guessing game folks. People arrive early. They look for specials more than in years before. Money is tight. Retailers are slashing prices to move inventory. Someone gets trampled. Someone gets shot or stabbed over a half-priced Easy Bake.
